At Bedfordshire Submission Grappling we believe that martial arts training is not just about physical fitness, but also about mental and emotional growth. Our philosophy is based on the principles of respect, self-discipline, and perseverance.

Adam first stepped onto the mats at 21 years old. Like many, he came to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through MMA - where he competed in 6 fights, winning 5 and picking up the English and British titles along the way. But over time, it was grappling that really stuck with him.
Since leaving MMA behind, he has focused solely on Gi and Submission Grap
